Dear Dr. Stone and Staff,

Thank you for the great service we receive when we visit your friendly office.  Our family of 6 is busy enough and your staff seems to understand that.  They help me by accommodating our schedules so that we can actually add dentist appointments to our schedule easily.  I truly need and appreciate those reminder phone calls and cards!

When I was a child, I was so afraid to visit the dentist.  You have been sensitive to that fear, acknowledge my concern for my children and now they are not afraid to come to your office.  While they'd rather be outside or playing video games; they do not associate pain or fear with going to your office.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that.  You are so gentle and kind to my children that my six year old was actually proud to have her first cavity filled and came out of the chair with a big smile on her face.  I've never seen that before!

We first came to you because of your excellent reputation.  We will stay with you because of the excellent care we have received from you.  I am always confident when I recommend you to our friends.  You are a sure thing!

Dear Dr. Stone,

When our own dentist decided to retire, we were devastated.  "Now where do we go?"  He recommended us to his dentist's son, Dr. Scott Stone.  Dr. Larry Stone had been his dentist for many years, so he knew the kind of training that Dr. Scott Stone had received.

Dr. Scott Stone keeps his training and knowledge up to date by going to seminars, checks the latest research and reads to learn about improved ways and better ideas.  Dr. Scott will consult with his patients and takes the time to make the best decision for the benefit of the patient.

The dental assistants working with Dr. Scott are extremely knowledgeable, competent and experienced.  They work together so smoothly with the dentist that they seem to be able to read each others minds to know just exactly what is needed where and when!!  The atmosphere of caring, willingness to help, thoughtfulness and respect that all the co-workers show each other is automatically extended to all the patients.  It is a genuine pleasure to observe this and get included in it!!

We are thankful that our retiring dentist suggested we come here.  Our care has been excellent!!!
